Grilled Tofu (100 g) with Saute bell peppers, onions and Zucchini

Ingredients:
- Tofu: 100 g
- Lemon Juice 10 ml
- Bell peppers 30 g
- Onion 30 g
- Zucchini 30 g
- Olive Oil 5 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 2 g
- Red chili powder 2 g
- Garlic 2 whole
Method:
- Slice the tofu in thick slabs
- Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and the tofu with the marinade. Cover the plate with plastic wrap, and marinate tofu in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
- Place wooden skewers through the tofu and grill it on tawa or griller, till it turns golden brown.
- Now heat the pan and put olive oil, then put onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add the remaining vegetables and saute.
- Take out the sauteed vegetables in a bowl and serve with grilled tofu.
