Saute Green beans with Sesame seeds

Ingredients:
- French Beans 100 g
- Mustard seeds 2 g
- Curry Leaves 7-8 in number
- Onions 50 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Rice Bran Oil 5 g
- Red Chillies 2
- Black Pepper 2 whole
- Jeera 2 g
- Coriander Leaves 10 g
- Turmeric 2 g
- Salt to taste
- Sesame Seeds 2 g
Method:
- Wash & Chop the beans diagonally to 1 inch and keep it aside.
- Dry roast chopped onion, garlic, red chilli, black pepper, coriander leaves and jeera without adding water.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard, curry leaves and then add onions.
- Stir fry till the onions turn golden brown.
- Then add the beans, salt and turmeric and fry on medium flame for 2 mins.
- Add enough water to the beans to get cooked. Mix well and cook, cover with a lid in a medium flame, till the beans get cooked.
- After the beans get cooked, fry till water evaporates completely and the curry should be dry.

Carrot Lettuce Salad

- Carrots: 50 g
- Lettuce: 50 g
- Black pepper powder: 2 g
Method:
- Wash and peel the carrots and lettuce.
- Now add both the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle black pepper over it.
- Mix well and serve
