Ragi Wheat Chapati

Ragi Wheat Chapati ( 70% Whole wheat flour + 30 % Ragi flour)

Time of Preparation:  10 minutes cooking + 15 minutes preparation

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour 20 g
  2. Ragi flour 10 g
  3. Water as required

Method:

  1. Take Ragi and Wheat flour in a broad bowl, add lukewarm water in it and make a dough and keep it aside for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make 2 equal balls and make roti. Heat griddle and cook chapati from both the sides properly.
  3. Serve hot with saute vegetables.
