Saute bell peppers, onions and Zucchini

Ingredients:
- Garlic 2 whole
- Red chili powder 2 g
- Bell peppers 50 g
- Onion 50 g
- Zucchini 50 g
- Olive Oil 5 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 2 g
- Turmeric powder 2 g
- Cumin seeds 2 g
Method:
- Wash and chop all vegetables.
- Put oil in a pan, add garlic and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Now add onions and let them turn golden brown.
- Add zucchini and bell peppers and let them become soft.
- Then add turmeric, red chili powder and salt and mix well.
- Now take out the vegetables in a bowl, add black pepper powder and serve.
