Saute Bell Peppers, Onions and Zucchini

Saute bell peppers, onions and Zucchini

Time of Preparation:  20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Garlic 2 whole
  2. Red chili powder 2 g
  3. Bell peppers 50 g
  4. Onion 50 g
  5. Zucchini 50 g
  6. Olive Oil 5 g
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper powder 2 g
  9. Turmeric powder 2 g
  10. Cumin seeds 2 g

Method:

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Put oil in a pan, add garlic and cumin seeds and let them splutter. 
  3. Now add onions and let them turn golden brown. 
  4. Add zucchini and bell peppers and let them become soft.
  5. Then add turmeric, red chili powder and salt and mix well. 
  6. Now take out the vegetables in a bowl, add black pepper powder and serve.
