Cucumber Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Cucumber 100 g
  2. Lettuce 50 g
  3. Olive oil 5 g
  4. black pepper powder 1 pinch
  5. Rock salt as per taste

 

Method:

  1. Take cucumbers and chop them in round slices.
  2. Take Lettuce leaves and chop them finely.
  3. Place them on a tray and dress it with olive oil, black pepper powder and rock salt.
  4. Serve

Saute Cabbage

Time of Preparation:  15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage chopped 100 g
  2. Rice Bran Oil 5 g
  3. Salt & black pepper to taste
  4. Black pepper powder 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Cut the cabbage discard the core.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the cabbage, salt, and pepper and saute for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and begins to brown.
  4. Season, to taste, and serve warm.
