Saute Vegetables (Capsicum, Peas, Onion, Mushroom)

Ingredients:
- Chopped capsicum 50 g
- Chopped mushroom 50 g
- Chopped onion 50 g
- Green peas 10 g
- Cumin seeds 2 g
- Black pepper powder 2 g
- Oregano flakes 2 g
- Rock salt as per taste
- Rice bran Oil 5 g
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds into it.
- Add chopped capsicum ,mushroom, peas and onions into the pan ,stir it and cook it for 5 min on low flame.
- Add oregano powder, black pepper powder and rock salt into it ,stir it well and cook it for more than 3 mins.
- Serve hot.

Cucumber Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:
- Cucumber 100 g
- Lettuce 50 g
- Olive oil 5 g
- Black pepper powder 1 pinch
- Rock salt as per taste
Method:
- Take cucumbers and chop them in round slices.
- Take Lettuce leaves and chop them finely.
- Place them on a tray and dress it with olive oil, black pepper powder and rock salt.
- Serve
