Spring Onion Stuffed Egg Whites Omelet

Ingredients:

  1. Olive oil 5 g
  2. Spring Onions chopped 20 g
  3. Egg whites 2
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Black Pepper as per taste

Method:

  1. Wash and Chop spring onions
  2. Heat pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray and add spring onions; cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add egg whites and cook until set. Serve hot and enjoy
