Mashed Pumpkin:

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin chopped 100 g
- Onion chopped 50 g
- Ginger 5 g
- Garlic 2 g
- Green Chilli 1
- Tomato 20 g
- Coriander 5 g
- Cumin 2 g
- Garam Masala 2 g
- Turmeric Powder 2 g
- Red Chilli Powder 2 g
- Water 2 Cup
- Salt to Taste
- Rice bran Oil 5 g
Method:
- In a skillet, heat oil and add the onions.
- Saute until slightly golden and add the ginger and garlic.
- Add the spices and saute on low heat for about 2 minutes stirring constantly.Add the green chili.
- Add the tomato puree and continue to cook on medium heat, until the oil begins to separate from the sides (about 8 minutes).
- Add the pumpkin pieces.Stir and mix well.Add salt and water.Mix well, cover and cook on medium until fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes). Serve hot.

Method:
- Wash and peel the carrots and lettuce.
- Now add both the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle black pepper over it.
